Ultimate Care Without the Unexpected Labour Costs
Ultimate Care members don’t pay a call-out or labour charge for covered faults affecting their domestic gas boiler, radiator valves, or existing heating and gas pipework. If a replacement part or material is required, we’ll explain the cost before carrying out the repair and apply your 25% Ultimate Care discount.

Important
Important Information
Ultimate Care costs £45 per month and has a minimum membership period of 24 months.
There is a 30-day waiting period before breakdown cover begins. Existing, previously reported and pre-existing faults are not covered.
Parts and materials remain chargeable. Ultimate Care members receive 25% off the normal price of parts and materials supplied by BeeXpress.
The 30% replacement boiler installation discount becomes available after 24 continuous paid months and is capped at £1,000 including VAT.
Priority booking is subject to availability. Ultimate Care is not a 24-hour service and does not guarantee same-day attendance.
Ultimate Care does not cover:
• Heating controls, thermostats or smart controls
• Radiators, excluding radiator valves such as TRVs and lockshields
• Hot-water cylinders or cylinder controls
• Powerflushing, chemical flushing or system cleaning
• New pipework, system alterations or system upgrades
• Replacement boiler installations
• General plumbing work
• Other appliances
