Which? Trusted Traders2026-04-26“A thorough and professional boiler service followed up by a brief verbal report on site and then a more detailed written report subsequently on the same day. On the more administrative side of things - 1st appointment was cancelled by them with short notice and 2nd time there was mixed messaging as to the time of the appointment and inaccurate notification of arrival. Having said that they were easy to contact by phone and responsive to emails. The boiler was "paid for" as part of a monthly service contract payment and overall the service contract seemed reasonable value for money on the basis of a minimum call out requirement once a year plus annual boiler service. Overall and notwithstanding the appointment issues, I would certainly recommend then.”

Within 24 hours Ben had been to the flat to tighten the joint to prevent further damage, and made an appointment to return to put in a permanent fix within two days. Checkatrade2025-05-12“Our old boiler (33 years old) failed in early April. Ben from BeeXpress arrived promptly and spent a long time trying to repair it. This included tracking down spare parts no longer readily available. In the end it was evident that a new boiler was needed. Ben suggested a Vaillant model because the boiler had to be fitted in a very restricted space . He arrived on the 16th April and finished the installation in two days as promised. He worked very professionally but was always friendly and willing to explain technical matters in a way the layman could understand. The price was probably not the cheapest but I feel we had a "Rolls Royce" service.”
